Anniken Jøsok Hessen

Tekstil kunstner

Anniken J Hessen er 25 år og opprinnelig fra Hatlane i Ålesund.

Hun er tidligere student av Ålesund Kunstfagskole, er halvveis i sin Bachelorgrad ved Kunst og Designhøgskolen i Bergen og er for tiden utvekslet til Iceland Academy of the arts.

 

Hun kommer til å stille ut sine tekstilverk laget i samarbeid med Innvik Selgren AS i Stryn, som er en ullvarefabrikk.

 

"The triangle is a shape that has been used as a symbol of many things in different religious groups, groups in society or in sexuality and gender symbolism.

 My focus is on the triangles as man and woman, how they puzzle together and form a union and how they also are quite the opposite."
